1) IDC module including: PCB connection module 2 pins , 4 pins, 6 pins, 8 pins PCB connection modules (TP-1305-2/4/6/8) are used on RJ11 connection boxes, for the connection of telephone wires. For soldering on printed circuit boards. For terminating CAT 3 cables on LSA-PLUS contacts. Wire diameter: 0.40 ~ 0.63mm, Insulation diameter: 0.70 ~ 1.70mm. It adopts IDC (Insulation Displacement Connection) technique, which means no soldering, wire-stripping or the use of screws, and which clamps the wires at a 45 degree angle, thus dramatically reducing the risk of a poor termination and increasing the wiring productivity. Contacts that ensure the highest degree of reliability even under the most adverse environmental and climatic conditions. A completely reliable, gas-tight connection between the contact and conductor.
2) IDC module including: D9 DDF block 12 systems D9 DDF block 120Ω (TP-1306-D9) is used on Digital Distribution Frame (DDF) working as the interface for E1/T1 (2Mbps) where the 120ohm shielded twisted pair cable has to be interconnected, cross-connected and organized. It also features monitoring of signals for supervising digital transmission equipment. In fixed networks the DDF should be placed in a centralized location and serve as the interface between the exchange and transmission equipment In mobile networks, the DDF serves as the interface between a MSC (Mobile Service Switching Center) or BSC (Base Station Controller) and the transmission equipment.
3) IDC module including: Compact profile connection module 10 pairs super compact profile connection module (TP-1319-10P), also called theM10 SC terminal block, is used throughout the distribution level, in the main distribution frame (MDF), in the cross connection cabinet (CCC) and in the distribution point (DP) boxes. It is highly reliable and cost-effective wire connection system for modern telecommunications and data networks. LSA connection modules use a normally one-piece contact, thus only having the function of connection instead of disconnection performances.
4) IDC module including: Switching module 10 pairs switching module with wire guide (TP-1322-10), also called QDF termination magazine or BTDG block, is developed to in the main distribution frames (MDF). It is highly reliable and cost-effective wire connection system for modern telecommunications and data networks. 10 pairs LSA disconnection modules use a normally open two piece contact. A test cord can be inserted into a pair to test each side of the circuit independently. This greatly accelerates fault identification. The center contact point can also be used for overvoltage or current protection.
