Splice & patch trays (TP-3101-12B) are designed to hold individual or mass fusion spliced fibers. They are are located at intermediate points along a route where cables are required to be joined between the fiber optic cables and the pigtails.

These trays are typically installed within fiber optic enclosures and patch panels. They hold up to 12 splices sleeves. Each tray provides space for mounting fiber splice protectors and excess fiber.
