China Mobile Data Service Volume Increased 496%, Included in "the Belt and Road"

China Mobile is committed to provide high quality roaming services, promote overseas network expansion and improve operating capability in order to implement B&R ("the Belt and Road") strategy, Zhao Peng, CCO of China Mobile International Limited, said on Tuesday.

China Mobile offers international roaming services in 255 countries and areas with its 4G/LTE roaming services covering 125 countries and regions by the end of June.

The total of customers abroad increased 22% YoY in 64 countries of B&R and the data service volume grew 496% YoY during January to May 2016.
