Domestic Mobile Phone Shipments Reach 243.7 Million in The First 11 Months

November domestic 5G mobile phone shipments were 17.9 million,and represented 77.1 percent of the total shipments. 26 new 5G models were released in the month, accounting for 60.5 percent of the total new models released in the month, according to the China Mobile Phone Market Report, November. 2022 released by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology On january 4,2023.
 

Local brands of mobile phone shipments were 20.1 million, down 28.3 percent year-over-year, accounting for 86.5 percent of the total shipments in November. Number of new models released by the local brands were 38, decreased by 11.6 percent year-over-year, and represented 88.4 percent of the total number of new models release in the month.
 

Domestic mobile phone shipments were 23.2 million, down 34.1 percent year-over-year in November. 43 new models were released in the month, down 8.5 percent year-over-year.Over the past 11 months, domestic mobile phone shipments were 243.7 million and number of new model were 381,down 23.2 percent and down 10.8 percent year over year respectively.
